All Licensed establishments are subject to Municipal and Provincial legislation such as the Provincial Offences Act and the various City Bylaws governing the operations of licensed establishments. In his years of experience Mr. Vassos has dealt with all levels of government.
His knowledge and experience with both the Provincial Offences Act and various Bylaws affecting licensed establishments is a very important factor in his ability to provide knowledgeable and practical advice to his clients.
The areas in which Mr. Vassos can provide assistance with respect to Provincial or Municipal issues are as follows:

- With respect to Municipal Offences and Summons, representation of clients before Municipal Tribunals and By-law Court.
